1. Introduction Welcome to Bullock Prep (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our website, bullockprep.com (the “Site”), and the services, features, content, or applications offered by Bullock Prep (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), including our online courses provided through LearnDash. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site and use our Services. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or use our services.  

Our primary operations are based in High Point, North Carolina, USA.

2. Information We Collect We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site and through our Services includes:  

  • A. Personal Data:
    • Identifying Information: Such as your first and last name, email address, username, password, and other similar contact data when you register for an account, enroll in a course, subscribe to a newsletter (if applicable), submit a query through our contact form, or otherwise communicate with us.
    • Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You should review their privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly if you have questions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.  
    • Course Data: Information related to your progress in courses, quiz scores, assignments, and certificates of completion.
  • B. Usage Data (Non-Personal Information):
    • Log and Usage Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, referring URLs, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.  
    • Device Data: Information about your computer or mobile device, such as your device ID, model, and manufacturer.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Site and Services, including course delivery.

  • Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Bullock Prep and others.

10. Children’s Privacy Our Services are not primarily directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. Users of our services affirm that they are of an appropriate age to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction or have obtained parental consent.

Third-Party Websites The Site may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services (such as YouTube or social media platforms), that are not affiliated with us.
